"Gary provided the best and turned out, the most accurate Market Analysis of our property. He was also the most willing to offer us his services when we returned to our home since the property we were selling was in another state.
Gary worked diligently to prepare the condo for sale and closing. He made sure repairs were done when the electricity in the living room stopped working unexpectedly, replaced the smoke alarms and magically fixed the brand new garbage disposal which was making loud noises. The condo sold in two weeks thanks to Gary’s marketing strategies. He was extremely pleasant to work with and even helped us sell some of our daughter’s furniture.

"Working with Gary Rogers on both the purchase and sale of my condo was a great experience. As a first time homebuyer the process was intimidating but he was informative, patient, and communicative. On one of the first days of house searching he shared the history of Waltham and made it feel like home. He was always available to answer questions and had a very quick response time - which was very appreciated.
When it was time to sell my condo I didn't hesitate to give Gary a call. He was able to help the sale move quickly as I had accepted a job in another city. He hired a professional photographer and within a week it was on the market.
