Gary worked diligently to prepare the condo for sale and closing. He made sure repairs were done when the electricity in the living room stopped working unexpectedly, replaced the smoke alarms and magically fixed the brand new garbage disposal which was making loud noises. "Working with Gary Rogers on both the purchase and sale of my condo was a great experience. As a first time homebuyer the process was intimidating but he was informative, patient, and communicative. On one of the first days of house searching he shared the history of Waltham and made it feel like home. When it was time to sell my condo I didn't hesitate to give Gary a call. He was able to help the sale move quickly as I had accepted a job in another city.
